Cipher Communications appoints Getronics as NSP

Cipher Communications, an Australian-owned supplier of IT security products, today appointed Getronics Australia as its National Service Provider.

The agreement will see Getronics provide a range of managed services, allowing Cipher Communications to extend its service offering to its clients in Corporate and Government. Getronics will provide services such as installation and management of Cipher's BlueCrypt product range, as well as remote help desk and on-site engineering support.

The key decision factor for Cipher Communications when choosing their National Service Partner was their ability to deliver services across Australia, while having access to a global team for consulting input.
